Couples will incur significant costs and years following the court process.
Alternatively our services focus on helping parties reach a voluntary settlement at the earliest opportunity saving unnecessary costs, time and conflict.
Less Cost
Subject to change from time to time and excluding out of pocket expenses:
- our first meeting is free for general consultation
- our mediators charge a maximum of $200 per hour (depending on seniority)
- we charge a maximum of $350 per hour (depending on seniority) for other services
Less Time
Our aim is to assist parties reach agreement by:
- mediation with 1 intake meeting followed by 1 to 2 mediation sessions, and
- negotiation, collaborative and intermediary services within a 1 to 6 month period depending upon complexities.
Less Conflict
We encourage our clients to desist from acrimonious behaviour.
A voluntary settlement is best achieved by minimising conflict and exploring options and solutions which work for both parties.
